ما هو الفرق بين المعافاة النفسية والاستشفاء النفسي؟
المعافاة النفسية (والعاطفية) هما ما يحتاج إليه أغلب البشر، وخاصة بمرورهم بتجارب الحياة. الانسان في مجتمعاتنا محدش بيديه أي مهارات حياتية وأدوات تسمح له بالتعامل مع نفسيته، إلا بعض التجارب اللي بتيجي عن طريق الأهل والمدرسة وخبرات بياخدها في المجتمع بس بعد ما يكون للأسف إتخبط كتير، وفي نفس الوقت مش بالضرورة أبدا يستقي من تجاربه الأدوات الصحيحة ولا المعلومات اللي فعلا تفيده يتقدم وده دور يقدر يقوم بيه مدربي التنمية الذاتية والحياتية والتنمية الوجودية، وأيضا المعالجين

أما الاستشفاء النفسي فهو متعلق بالصحة العقلية/النفسية وهى قدرتك على التعامل مع المعلومات الحياتية بطريقة تمسح لك إتخاذ القرارت والتصرفات السليمة واستخدام أدواتك النفسية والحسية بشكل يساعدك على التقدم في الحياة ولا يعوق وجودك كجزء فعال في المجتمع. يعني مثلا معندكش تهيوؤات ولا هلاوس ولا شيزوفرينيا ولا إكتئاب مزمن يفقدك القدرة الجسدية والذهنية على الاستيقاظ من نومك ومواصلة حياتك بشكل فعال. الصحة العقلية يقابلها المرض النفسي وديه المرحلة اللي مهم نبحث فيها عن طرق الاستشفاء من خلال تدخل الدكتور النفسي وبعد فحوص متخصصة كاملة ويتم تدخل المعالجين مع متابعة الدكتور أو إستكمالا لمتابعة النظام اللي وضعه الدكتور النفسي.

جدير بالذكر، إنه في الأغلب الأعم، في مجتمعاتنا بنهتم أكتر بالصحة الجسدية ولكن حتى ديه إهتمامنا بيها أصبح مرتبط إرتباط وثيق بجهل الرأسمالية وجشعها في التعامل مع منظومة الصحة والغذاء والطب والدواء ومايتعلق بهم. وتبقى صحة الانسان النفسية متصلة إتصال وثيق بصحة الانسان الجسدية. ولكن ده موضوع كبير هنتناوله بشكل اعمق فيما ننشره على الصفحة.
في مكان نور شغلنا هو التنمية الوجودية والإنسانية لدعم رحلة المعافاة النفسية والعاطفية للأفراد والمجموعات من خلال الورش والجلسات المتخصصة ونشر الوعي عن الصحة النفسية في المجتمع بشكل عام من خلال عدة مبادرات منها الصفحة ديه. كل شغلنا مطابق ميثاق الامانة والاخلاق المهنية مع مراكزنا ونقاباتنا المعتمدة بالمملكة المتحدة. وإيماننا إن نفسية الإنسان من أهم أدوات المقاومة الهامة في تحقيق نفسه من خلال رحلته وخاصة في الظروف المليئة بالتحديات

The difference between Inner wellbeing healing and mental health healing
Inner wellbeing healing is what the majority of human beings need to experience throughout their journeys. In our societies, human beings are mainly left unprepared to manage their inner wellbeing; except for what could be acquired from family, school and general experiences and observations, which do not necessarily mean that they have acquired the right skills and information to empower them move forward. This is where the role of Life and Inner Wellbeing Coaches kicks in, as well as Counsellors and Psychotherapists.
On the other hand, mental health is a human being's ability to handle information in a way that allows them to make decisions, act effectively and use their psychological and sensory tools in a way that supports them move forward in life and which does not cripple their presence as an active member of the society. Examples of mental illnesses could be schizophrenia, bipolar depression, depersonalisation disorder. The opposite of mental health is mental illness, which requires a process of healing (after thorough examination) and which is usually managed and given to the care of Psychiatrists, and usually with the assistance, support and effective potential interference of Psychotherapists too.
In our society, we tend to focus more on our physical health, withstanding that this care is associated with the ignorance of capitalism that has been induced into nutrition systems, medicine, pharmaceuticals. Still, our emotional and psychological wellbeing go hand in hand with our physical wellbeing. Ultimately, one can not be achieved without the other. This remains a rather important topic, which we will tackle in future posts.
Our work through Makan Nour is to empower human beings re-instill their inner wellbeing through 1:1 sessions, workshops and initiatives aiming at spreading awareness and light, our Facebook page stands as only one of them. Our work abides by the code of ethics of our profession and in accordance to our accreditation bodies in the United Kingdom. We believe that inner wellbeing is a vital resistance tool for self-realisation and actualisation especially in our challenging environments of nowadays.
